Is my billing and contact information secure?
We maintain your credit card information behind at least three layers of security. First: the web server and database that store your personal information are maintained behind a hardware-based "firewall" that dynamically keeps out hackers and potential security breaches. Second, personal information is not stored in a file where someone can view or download it-all such information is kept in a secure database that requires administrative rights and a password to access. Third, your credit card number itself is encrypted in this database so that even if the database were accessed illegally, your data would be useless without our decryption code. As long as you are the only one who knows your password, you will be the only one who can access your membership details.
What happens to my membership information?
Your membership information is stored in a secure database. You may, from time to time, receive informational mail or e-mail about new services and products offered by Christianity Today. We will keep these notices to a minimum. You may also receive mail from other reputable organizations that rent the PreachingToday.com mailing list. If you would prefer to not receive any mail from organizations other than Christianity Today, please contact us with your complete name and address information. To opt-out of e-mail offers

Are there any hidden charges at CTLibrary.com?
No. We will only charge you for your membership term. If an unexplained charge appears on your credit card from Christianity Today, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page to notify us.
I don't live in the USA, can I still become a member?
Yes! As long as you have a valid credit card, you can subscribe to the service. If you reside overseas and are having difficulties signing up, please let us know by using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page.
How do I give someone a gift subscription to CTLibrary.com?
Our gift subscription program has not been automated yet, so please contact Customer Care if you are interested in giving someone a gift subscription. Please feel free to contact Customer Care here, or call at (877) 247-4787. Please keep in mind that our Customer Care representative is only in the office from 8-4:30 CST, Monday through Friday, and that your request will be answered as soon as possible and in the order it was received.
